I give raving reviews for Tri Elite Advisors & Phil, the Master HVAC Technician I cannot say enough great things about Tri Elite Advisors and their exceptional technician, Phil! From start to finish, my experience with this company was nothing short of outstanding. Phil came to service a pipe break, and while doing so, he discovered a serious issue with my water heater that had been improperly installed by another company, releasing dangerous carbon gases into my home. Not only did he fix the pipe break seamlessly, but he also brought my water heater up to city code, ensuring my home and family were safe. I was in the cold waiting for another company to service the heater. He got my heater back up and running efficiently, advocated for me with the home warranty company (Elite Home Warranty, who also showed excellent customer care and integrity).  Phil’s attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every step of the process. Phil is a true master of his craft—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Beyond his technical expertise, his courtesy, care, and integrity stood out the most. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions with patience, and treated my home with the utmost respect. And to top it all off, the pricing was more than reasonable for the incredible service I received! Our furnace went out this winter during the worst cold stretch in years. Phil came out on a Friday and had my unit replaced by Saturday night! He didn't think twice about working over the weekend to make sure we didn't go without heat for more than a day. It was truly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Our heater stoped working late on a Sunday evening and after calling 5 different companies with no response. I came across Tri Elite Advisors.
